We were supposed to head to CA, this year (we trade off years and this year was to be spent with her family). Unfortunately, Mother Nature decided that we will spend this Christmas in Colorado. Denver got 2 feet of snow the day were were supposed to fly to CA! DIA closed … Denver shut down, pretty much. It’s OK, though. Since our baby is due May, 22, we’re looking at this as our last chance to spend Christmas, alone. We’re planning a Christmas, just the two of us (and Moose!). Tomorrow is going to be a great Christmas!

We were supposed to fly to CA, today, to spend Christmas with Nikki’s family. Unfortunately, Denver got 2’ of snow, DIA closed. Nikki was on the phone all day trying to get through to United. Their website said we had to make a change of plans by midnight or we’d be S.O.L. The earliest we could get out to CA would be Christmas night — kinda pointless as our return flight is for the day after Christmas. Total Bummer! We’re going to be here for Christmas, I guess.
